FOR CAMPGROUND PARTNERS · PRELAUNCH
Your sites. More possibilities.
A new way to welcome guests.
A partner to help make it happen.
Add rental accommodations to your campground without purchasing the travel trailers yourself. Goodnight is building a partnership with RV owners and campground operators to offer stationary stays for guests who arrive without their own rig.
We’re recruiting our first campground partners to shape the program together.

Your campground.
A new way to welcome.
ADD ACCOMMODATIONS. EXPLORE THE OPTIONS.
A rental stay.
An alternative to buying a fleet.
If you’re considering glamping accommodations, rental cabins or park models, stationary RV rentals offer another option to evaluate. Welcome guests who want the campground experience with a place to stay already on site.
The proposed Goodnight model brings together your campground, participating RV owners and coordinated guest operations. Owners provide the RVs; Goodnight coordinates marketing, bookings, guest communications and turnover management. Site preparation, utilities, fees and the role of your team are agreed before placement.
We start with the sites that make sense for your park. Access, hookups, seasonality, unit appearance rules and required permissions all help determine whether a partnership is a good fit.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED
Good questions.
Clear expectations.
How can we add rental accommodations to our campground?
Start with suitable available sites, local demand, utilities and the types of guests you want to welcome. Goodnight is building a partnership that places participating owners’ RVs at select campgrounds and coordinates rental marketing and guest operations. We evaluate fit together before agreeing on placement, costs and responsibilities.
Are rental RVs an alternative to buying park models?
They can be another way to offer ready-to-stay accommodations. In the proposed Goodnight program, participating owners retain their RVs, so your campground would not need to purchase those trailers. Compare site preparation, utilities, upkeep, guest suitability and commercial terms before deciding. We do not supply park models or promise a specific cost saving.
Can this help us earn more from empty campsites?
Stationary rental accommodations may reach travelers who do not own an RV. Whether that improves the return on a site depends on demand, seasonality, rental availability and the agreed costs and fees. We evaluate the opportunity against your existing site use rather than assuming every open pad should become a rental.
Do we need to buy the RVs?
The proposed program uses RVs owned by participating RV owners. Campground site fees, site preparation, utility connections and other costs are discussed and documented separately.
Who handles guest questions and cleaning?
Goodnight plans to coordinate guest communications and turnover management. Before launch, we agree on check-in, cleaning access, escalation procedures and which issues remain with your on-site team. Response arrangements are defined in the partnership agreement.
What happens if an RV needs a repair?
Goodnight coordinates RV maintenance and repairs with owner approval before work proceeds. Maintenance funding, repair costs and spending limits are agreed before the RV enters the program. Campground infrastructure and utility responsibilities are agreed separately.
What makes a campground a good fit?
We review location, site availability, utilities, access, seasonality, guest experience and your operating requirements. Unit age and appearance rules, permitted rental arrangements and required approvals must be addressed before launch.
How are fees and responsibilities set?
We negotiate site fees, commercial terms and operating responsibilities for each partnership. There are no promised occupancy levels or guaranteed earnings. We are currently recruiting our first partners; locations and launch timing remain unconfirmed.
