Apply to become an owner partnerRV RENTAL MANAGEMENT, A DIFFERENT WAY
Rent out your camper.
Keep it off the guest’s hitch.
Your RV spends a lot of time waiting for the next trip. Goodnight is creating another possibility for that downtime: a stationary vacation rental at a partner campground, with day-to-day hosting coordinated for you.
Instead of guests taking your trailer on a road trip, they arrive where it is already placed. Goodnight coordinates marketing, booking communications and turnovers. You keep ownership and agreed personal-use days, with important decisions and expenses defined together before launch.
This is a campground-based partnership. Your RV would be placed at an agreed campground, rather than rented from your driveway or delivered to a different campsite for every booking.
YOUR RV. MORE POSSIBILITY.
More earning potential.
Less on your plate.
No guest towing. No rental miles.
Guest stays happen at a campground. Your RV stays parked throughout each booking, avoiding the road wear that comes with guests driving or towing it.
Earn without managing the day-to-day.
Goodnight plans to handle marketing, booking coordination, guest communications and turnover management. You share in rental revenue without running every stay yourself.
Your RV stays yours.
You retain ownership and a say in important decisions, including repair approvals. Revenue sharing, expenses and responsibilities are agreed before you join.
Personal-use days, protected by agreement.
Your partnership agreement guarantees an agreed annual allocation of personal-use days. Reserve your blocks through the agreed scheduling process and keep your own adventures on the calendar.
STILL YOUR ADVENTURE
Make room for both.
You don’t have to choose between putting your RV to work and taking it on your next trip. Agree on your personal-use allocation, reserve your time, and we coordinate preparation for pickup. When you return, your RV can rejoin the rental program.
It’s a more passive way to earn from your RV: Goodnight coordinates the stays, while you stay involved in the decisions that matter.
FROM PARKED TO POSSIBILITY
A thoughtful start.
A clear agreement.
Tell us about your RV.
Share its condition, location and the time you’d like to keep for your own adventures.
Agree on the details.
Work through campground fit, readiness, revenue sharing, maintenance funding and your personal-use days together.
Prepare for future guests.
After an agreement and required approvals, we coordinate setup, marketing and preparation for the rental program.
CARE FOR YOUR RV
We coordinate.
You stay in the loop.
Goodnight coordinates maintenance and repairs, with owner approval before work proceeds. Maintenance funding, repair costs and spending limits are agreed before your RV enters the program.
We’ll work through routine upkeep, larger repairs and urgent guest-stay issues up front, so you know how decisions and costs will be handled.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Know before
you partner.
Can someone manage renting out my RV for me?
That is the partnership Goodnight is building. We plan to coordinate marketing, bookings, guest communications and turnovers for stationary RV stays at select campgrounds. We are recruiting our first partners; participation depends on RV and campground fit, agreed terms and required approvals.
Is renting out my RV worth it after expenses?
Start with the income you could receive after the agreed revenue share and expenses, rather than the advertised nightly rate. Consider seasonal demand, available rental nights, site fees, turnover costs, maintenance, transport and your personal-use plans. We work through those assumptions before an agreement; rental income is not guaranteed.
Do I keep ownership of my RV?
Yes. You retain ownership. Goodnight coordinates the rental program under a written partnership agreement.
Will guests drive or tow my RV?
No. The program is designed around stationary guest stays at select campgrounds. Placement, pickup and your personal trips are arranged separately; guests do not take your RV on the road.
Can I still take my RV on a trip?
Yes. Your agreement guarantees an agreed annual allocation of personal-use days and defines how to reserve those blocks. Your RV can be prepared for pickup and returned to the program afterward. Scheduling, notice periods, preparation and related costs are set out before participation.
How much could I earn?
Owners receive a negotiated share of rental revenue. Results depend on location, demand, availability, condition and operating expenses. We do not guarantee bookings or earnings. Revenue shares, expenses and payment timing are agreed before participation.
What does Goodnight handle?
The planned program covers marketing, booking coordination, guest communications, turnover management and maintenance and repair coordination. Owners remain involved in agreed approvals and decisions; campground fees, transport and other responsibilities are documented up front.
Who handles repairs, and who pays?
Goodnight coordinates maintenance and repairs, with owner approval before work proceeds. Maintenance funding, repair costs and spending limits are agreed before your RV enters the program. The agreement also addresses urgent situations, guest-caused damage and how any maintenance reserve is funded.
What if my RV is financed?
Tell us your financing status in the application. Eligibility may depend on lender restrictions and permissions. Required approvals must be resolved before joining.
What about insurance and damage?
Insurance requirements, responsibility for guest damage and claims procedures must be reviewed and agreed before participation. Coverage is not promised or included by submitting an application.
Where is the program available?
We are prelaunch and evaluating our first owner and campground partnerships. Locations and launch timing are not yet confirmed. No accommodations are currently available to book.
